How are your products priced?
Our prices are based on product rarity, condition, and market value. Some discontinued or limited-edition items may be priced higher due to demand.

How much is shipping?
FREE shipping on all domestic orders of $50 or over!
For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

How do you find discontinued products?
We work with a network of trusted wholesalers, distributors, and retailers to source authentic discontinued products. We also occasionally acquire sealed inventory from verified private collections.
Will you restock sold-out items?
We try! Due to the nature of discontinued and limited-edition products, restocks are not guaranteed. If there’s something you love, we recommend grabbing it while you can!
What is the condition of your products?
Unless otherwise noted, all products are brand new, unused, and in original packaging. Any differences (e.g., slight box damage) will be clearly disclosed in the product description.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of cosmetics and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best, but cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed.
